As a Member of Technical Staff you will work with autonomy and responsibility to deliver strategic, high-impact AI solutions that bridge research and production-grade applications.

You will innovate, deploy research into scalable code, mentor colleagues, and pair with other teams to solve deep technical challenges while staying connected to the broader AI community.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models is required.
• Strong engagement with the scientific AI research community and latest state-of-the-art (SOTA) developments.
• Experience building production-grade AI systems with hands-on coding and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of Adyen's AI strategy and production-grade deployments.
• Bridge research and production by implementing papers into scalable, robust code.
• Mentor and sponsor across the organization to share knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and stay connected to the broader AI community.
• Define the long-term AI vision in finance, considering safety and regulatory aspects.
