Socure is hiring a Staff AI Engineer to help shape internal AI foundations. You will design agentic workflows that scale across sales, marketing, finance, talent, and legal, starting from Socure's internal AI platform.

You will own planning and execution, collaborate with business partners, and build reliable, observable systems using LLMs and multi-agent architectures. The role demands initiative, deep systems thinking, and a drive to ship high-impact automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with AI/ML in production.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Strong Python and backend API/data pipeline skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver measurable results.
• Experience shipping AI/automation solutions impacting business.
• Strong systems thinking for reliability and observability.
• Collaboration with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize high-impact automation with business teams.
• Design and build multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows.
• Integrate with platform components: runtime, memory, catalog.
