The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking an independent, exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Agile Transformation Facilitator Lead who will be responsible for implementing a strategy for the adoption of agile project management across the organization. This includes training teams on Agile principles and ceremonies as well as continuous monitoring of progress towards the goal of working within an agile framework. You will also be responsible for setting up metrics to provide feedback and insights to agile teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
This position is located at our ATL - outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Our semiconductor foundry supports a range of production microelectronic devices and provides leading-edge technology development in Superconducting Electronics and Super-Lattice Castellated Field-Effect Transistors (SLCFET).
The candidate must have experience with implementing agile methodology, change management, excellent communication skills, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors with 12 years of relevant experience (10 years with a Masters, 7 years with a PhD).
Ability to formulate, communicate, and execute complex project plans and initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven skills/experience with change management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Must have advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Must have advanced experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
One of the following certifications: Product Owner, Agile Practitioner, Agile Coach.
Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Product Owner.
Agile Certified Practitioner.
Agile Coach Certification.
Experience in semiconductor foundry or related experience in process or other production.
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
Salary Range: $163,200 - $244,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
