Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 1–3 years providing accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks and general ledger accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support for the Foundation and Office of Catholic Education.
• Assist with monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and budget analyses.
• Prepare data for directors, vendors, banks and auditors.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact.
