Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance
• Assist with journal entries, month-end close, and audits
• Support AP as needed during absences or peak periods
• Manage invoicing, collections, and AR reconciliations

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years’ accounting experience with payroll & AR focus
• Skilled in accounting/payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• Strong Excel and organizational skills

Preferred: ERP system experience, GAAP knowledge, and payroll compliance expertise.
