Qualifications

• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidated close.
• Ability to work across divisions and teams to improve processes.
• Familiarity with audit preparation and tax coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities (lending, acquisitions, asset management, development).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with clean, reconciled books.
• Prepare and review financial statements and provide consolidation support.
• Execute journal entries and reconciliations with proper documentation.
• Identify data gaps earlier and drive corrective actions.
• Support budgets and P&L roll-ups for corporate functions.
