Responsibilities

• Read covenant terms closely to keep the lender calm.
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision.
• Map intercompany flows so consolidation avoids surprises.
• Lead audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Own the accounts payable cycle from invoice intake to final disbursement.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
