• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns under supervision from experienced staff
• Interact and communicate with clients
• Conduct tax research as necessary
• Work directly with Seniors, Supervisors, Managers and Partners
• Become familiar with the firm’s policies and procedures regarding tax assignments

Staff Tax Accountant Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or alike
• CPA preferred; candidates with 3–4 parts passed may be considered for top salary range
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain strong client relationships
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Salary range: $60,000–$90,000 (top of the range requires CPA or near-completion)
