Job summary

All Things HR, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting operations for a food and beverage client in Seattle, WA. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end closes.

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and have 3–5 years of experience. Competencies in GAAP and advanced Excel are essential. The compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour, including benefits like medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or restaurant environment.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger across multiple entities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and file WA Excise and Seattle B&O tax returns.
