Job summary

A leading filtration solutions provider is seeking an Entry-level Staff Accountant to support financial health and perform routine accounting functions. This hybrid role, based in Fort Worth and Mineral Wells, includes responsibilities in accounts receivable, general ledger, and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have strong Excel and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master files in ERP system and perform daily billing.
• Process recurring monthly journal entries & accruals.
• Match vendor invoices to POs and verify quantities & pricing.
