Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with accounting emphasis is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience is required (4-6 without degree).
• Must be highly skilled in Excel spreadsheets.
• MS Word proficiency and strong writing ability are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares journal entries to General Ledger.
• Prepares bank reconciliations and detailed account analyses.
• Monitors bank activity and analyzes variances with budgets.
• Assists with month-end close and financial reporting to management.
• Supports internal/external audits and maintains GL and fixed asset records.
