Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an entry-level Accounts Receivable Representative II to assist in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reconciliation and reporting across hotel, F&B, and outlet accounts.

You will research and analyze accounts, prepare journal entries, ensure GAAP compliance, and support revenue verification with cross-department collaboration; familiarity with Excel and a willingness to grow in a dynamic hospitality finance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and one year experience in an Accounts Receivable role required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Hotel/Convention accounting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reconciliation and reporting of Hotel/F&B/Outlet Accounts Receivable.
• Research and respond to all related chargeback transactions, payment discrepancies, and queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare journal entries and other accounting tasks in accordance with GAAP and STOF regulations.
• Maintain and update AR-related reports and support monthly close activities.
