The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for the timely and accurate accumulation and reporting of company financial information. This position provides company management with financial information in standard and requested formats and performs assigned accounting duties with limited supervision.
The Staff Accountant is expected to maintain accurate financial records, apply strong attention to detail, exercise sound judgment when researching and resolving account issues, and maintain current instructions and procedures related to assigned job responsibilities. Performance is reviewed annually by the direct supervisor against company expectations and agreed-upon job-related performance goals.
