Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years' experience in accounting (will consider newly graduated Accounting/Finance majors).

Responsibilities

• Documents financial transactions by preparing general ledger account entries.
• Reconciles balance sheet and select income statement accounts.
• Posts the weekly payroll entries.
• Prepares and records daily labor and weekly manhour reporting.
• Perform month-end close and job costing procedures.
• Ensures A/R activity is invoiced and collected.
• Prepares bank reconciliations and posts required journal entries.
• Assists with maintaining accounting controls.
