Qualifications

• CPA License or pursuing CPA in the future.
• Accounting Degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Deltek, GoFileRoom, ProSystem, Caseware, and Auditdashboard.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and analytical ability, independent work style and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Entry-level position; completion of accounting coursework or prior accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter/update financial data in accounting software under supervision.
• Follow internal procedures for data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist senior staff in preparing reports from system data.
• Communicate with clients professionally to request documents or clarify information.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of client information.
• Help onboard new clients by collecting initial documents and setting up files.
• Attend team meetings and follow up on action items.
• Provide status updates on accounting or tax projects.
