Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required or preferred; Finance with an Accounting minor may be considered.
• Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• ERP experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and focused on building a long-term accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Record and process vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Partner with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting.
• Gain exposure to ERP systems and broader accounting processes.
