Responsibilities

• Performs month-end and year-end closing including journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue summaries.
• Distributes monthly financial statements and resolves discrepancies.
• Audits financial statements for external review.
• Implements and monitors internal accounting policies to stay compliant with regulations.
• Performs accrual accounting and prepares financial statements for management and auditors.
• Prepares schedules for auditors and management reports.
• Acts as initial contact for inquiries related to account reconciliations and reporting.
• Manages cash flow and directs transfers as needed.
• Ensures tax filings (e.g., 941/945) are timely.
