Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Headquarters team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on GAAP adherence, financial accuracy, and supporting reporting processes.

You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of accounting experience, with familiarity in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of accounting experience or a recent graduate with accounting coursework/internship.
• Working knowledge of financial systems and ERP tools (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
• Support audit processes and maintain internal controls.
