Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP in Colorado Springs, CO, is hiring a Staff Accountant to join the finance team. The role is full-time, Exempt, with a pay range of $50,000 to $60,000 and schedule 8:30 AM–5:00 PM MST.

The Staff Accountant will prepare financial statements, manage reconciliations, and support internal controls in a growing legal services firm. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Acumatica or Sage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accounting preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• 3–4 years of Acumatica or Sage experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• General ledger responsibilities including preparing and recording standard journal entries.
• Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing process and prepare management reporting.
• Prepare and complete debt roll-forward analysis and assist in audits.
