Job summary

Shared Service Center in Richardson, TX is seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple departments and a path to learn every facet of our business.

You will review sales documentation, reconcile payments, calculate commissions, and assist with month-end close. A monthly bonus is included, and 1–2 years of staff accountant experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years staff accountant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit sales documentation submitted by multiple dealerships daily.
• Reconcile and apply payments for the sale of RVs.
• Calculate sales and finance commissions.
• Miscellaneous reporting for management.
• Responsible for the aging and reconciliation of A/R Balance Sheet accounts.
• Opportunity to assist in the closing of company financials at month-end.
• Monthly Bonus included.
