Bish’s RV is seeking a Staff Accountant to support Accounting, Payroll, Finance and related departments. The role reports to the Assistant Controller and focuses on accurate financial reporting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have accounting/finance education, strong Excel/QuickBooks skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A background check and drug test are required; automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accounting/AR/AP experience; automotive dealership preferred but not required.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance field.
• Ability to direct and supervise; strong communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• QuickBooks experience helpful.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with multiple data formats.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounting data.
• Produce financial reports and statements.
• Enforce proper accounting methods and principles.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Handle payroll and commission calculations.
• Oversee fixed asset activity and inventory management.
• Analyze revenue and expenditures; perform variance analysis.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and operations reporting.
• Assist cash flow analysis and general finance tasks.
