Job summary

Digicomm International, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Colorado to support month-end close, reconciliations, and tax filings for multiple entities. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ownership, and problem solving in a fast-growing company.

You will handle bank and credit card reconciliations, fixed assets, AR, and reporting, with a compensation package including a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year and a quarterly bonus. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Direct experience with accounts receivable.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Experience reconciling both balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Sage 100 experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in period close by reconciling general ledger accounts with proper documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and entities.
• Prepare credit card reconciliations and tax returns.
• Manage fixed assets and data entry for orders and POs.
• Prepare inventory cost analyses and audit support.
• Provide information to Accounting Manager and support audits.
