Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–3 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ProSeries, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial statements, and client accounting services.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns with guidance from senior staff.
• Assist small business clients with accounting questions and day-to-day support.
• Help improve workflows, processes, and technology systems as the firm grows.
