Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to perform daily financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and manage fixed assets and intercompany activity. The role supports treasury, audits, and various finance projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of accounting experience, with strong MS Office skills and a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Two years of functional accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Proven communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Post accounts payable data and perform daily financial transactions.
• Record general ledger entries and perform reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets sub-ledger, acquisitions, disposals and CIP transfers.
• Process intercompany transactions and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Support Treasury with variance explanations and audits.
• Assist in special projects and other finance team duties.
