Job summary

Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Staff Accountant to join our Finance team with minimum supervision. You will perform accounting functions according to established procedures or as directed by Finance Management.

The role emphasizes accurate reconciliations, month-end entries, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal departments to support our end-to-end warehouse solutions and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college or university.
• High school diploma with 2–4 years related experience acceptable.
• Minimum education/experience determined by position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting support.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Special accounting projects as necessary.
• Prepare month end entries and verify balances.
• Interface with customers, vendors, employees, and all departments regarding all areas of responsibility daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Management.
