Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review general ledger activity for assigned facilities.
• Process manual journal entries and record activity in WellSky ERP.
• Prepare and distribute P&L trend reports and other reporting packages.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly (cash, inventory, prepaid, fixed assets, intercompany, accrued liabilities).
• Collect and record statistical data for regulatory or survey purposes.
• Suggest improvements to accounting processes and workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to policies.
