This early-career role emphasizes ownership, crisp communication, and the ability to learn quickly while aligning with GAAP and SOX requirements, collaborating with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
1–3+ years accounting experience; internship/public accounting a plus.
Knowledge of US GAAP, debits/credits, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Proficient Excel with advanced functions and multi-tab workbooks.

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring and ad hoc journal entries with supporting docs.
Complete close tasks on schedule and communicate status.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Operations Accounting for complete entries.
Prepare monthly flux analyses and account roll-forwards.
Help with close management, reconciliations, ERP and automation tools.
