Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Oak Ridge, TN. The role focuses on general accounting, government and project accounting, and financial reporting in support of cleanups and nuclear projects.

Responsibilities include journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, monthly closings, and involvement in annual audit processes. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience are required, with Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Strong financial background and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and good communication.
• Experience with government/project accounting preferred.
• Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
• Review and record intercompany transactions with parent company.
• Ensure accurate monthly close and timely reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist with government and project accounting tasks.
• Support audit preparation and GAAP compliance.
