Job summary

The role works with limited supervision and supports fixed assets, reconciliations, GAAP reporting, SEFA, grants, and audits.

A Four-year accounting background and a Bachelor's in Accounting are required; CPA/Master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency with Oracle ERP and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
• English language proficiency.
• CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs fixed asset management activities including accountability, recording and reporting.
• Conducts complex account reconciliations and analyses; forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ensures transactions comply with GAAP, policies and objectives.
• Prepares nonstandard financial reports and SEFA-related schedules.
• Supports grants, wholesale billings, cost recovery and audits preparation.
• Coordinates annual SEFA audits and closing activities.
