J T is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Financial Controller across a broad range of duties, including transactional processing, financial analysis, budget development, cost allocation, and audit support. The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, accuracy of records, and adherence to regulations for an airport facility environment.

Responsibilities include billing and revenue management, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• CPA license is desirable, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly billing, revenue analyses, and cash receipts; maintain general ledger revenue analyses.
• Serve as primary contact for tenant and facility partner inquiries.
• Perform month-end and year-end close; assist with management reports and financial statements.
• Assist external audits and help implement internal financial controls for compliance.
• Contribute to department and cross-functional projects as assigned.
