Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or in a similar position.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Record and maintain journal entries to ensure financial activity accuracy.
• Manage AP, AR, and general ledger operations while coordinating bank deposits.
• Support reconciliation of general ledger accounts by correcting variances.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities for accurate reporting.
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.
