Job summary

Nammo Perry, Inc. seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Florida. You will support the General Ledger, month-end close, and AP processing, ensuring accuracy and internal control compliance.

We offer a four-day work week, relocation assistance if needed, and a strong benefits package including a 401(k) with company match and employer-paid medical coverage. CPA preferred but not required; experience with GAAP is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Strong Audit and GAAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries for review and posting by Senior Accountant or Controller.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and trial balance preparations.
• Support month end reconciliations and provide variance analysis when needed.
• Process Accounts Payable transactions and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Review monthly accruals for proper expense recognition.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and intercompany invoices.
