Job summary

Nammo Perry, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Perry, FL. The role focuses on routine journal entries, general ledger maintenance, month-end close support, and accuracy in expense recognition.

You will assist with AP, cash forecasting, budgeting, intercompany activities and tax filings. The position requires at least two years in Finance/Accounting, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Finance/Accounting required.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and audit readiness.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and support month-end close.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Process accounts payable and ensure PO compliance.
• Support cash forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Assist with intercompany accounting and tax filings.
• Prepare tax filings and ensure certificates are up-to-date.
• Serve as a back-up for other key accounting functions.
