Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant, Fixed Assets will support the North America (NA) Controllership team by performing essential fixed asset accounting activities and helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s fixed asset records. This role supports accounting for capital asset additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, construction-in-progress (CIP), fixed asset reconciliations, and related journal entries in accordance with company policies and US GAAP. The Staff Accountant will work closely with colleagues, Operations Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury, IT, and the Global Business Services (GBS) team to ensure fixed asset activity is recorded timely, properly supported, and aligned with internal controls. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Will work with cross-functional team members in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Global Business Services (GBS). Work with internal and external auditors and members of our third-party outsourced accounting team to support accurate fixed asset reporting and compliance.
Work Environment
The salary range for this position is $60,000–$90,000. Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
