AtWork Personnel Services is seeking a Staff Accountant / Financial Services professional for an in-person role in West Sacramento, CA. The successful candidate will perform reconciliations, analyses, and reporting to support business decisions with accurate financial data.

Local candidates only, relocation not offered. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems, plus advanced Excel skills including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsabilités

• Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Research variances, discrepancies, and anomalies.
• Develop spreadsheets and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve accounting and financial issues.
• Prepare clear, concise financial analyses for management review.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• May provide work direction and support the development of team members.
