Job summary

KOKA BOOTH AMPHITHEATRE, operated by Legends Global, seeks a Staff Accountant to join the Finance Department in Cary, NC.

The role supports daily accounting, A/R and A/P processing, monthly/year-end close, financial reporting, and event settlements, with oversight from the Accounting Manager.

A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, advanced Excel/Outlook/Word, and strong attention to detail are required; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Advanced PC skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service and professional interaction
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of A/P including PO issuance, timely payments, vendor ledgers, and onboarding vendors
• Handle A/R procedures including invoicing, collections, and customer statements
• Assist with budgets and financial reporting
• Review daily sales reports and reconcile ticketing reports
• Support accounting management on data entry and projects
• Serve as Manager on Duty for select events
• Assist with event settlements and payroll processing
