Responsibilities include AR, AP, payroll, vendor reconciliations, and data maintenance. Strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AR with Project Coordinators on billing and reconcile to GL.
• Prepare AP runs, maintain vendor/sub/contract terms, reconcile vendor accounts.
• Prepare payroll weekly/bi-weekly and assist with payroll tax deposits.
• Maintain supporting data for accounting records and fixed assets.
• Handle contract reporting related to government compliance.
• Assist with audits and provide schedules as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
