Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years related experience preferred.
• Strong PC-based spreadsheet and financial software skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with appropriate personnel.
• Reconcile and report unclaimed property for the Health System.
• Maintain capital budget database and establish/close projects in the project management system.
• Prepare capital acquisition reports for the capital planning committee and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Record all activity monthly and prepare financial statements for Health System entities.
• Assist with budget preparation, audits, records retention, cash and credit card reconciliations, intercompany payments, and equity entries.
