ActOne Group is seeking a Staff Accountant I to manage daily bank reconciliations, identify reconciling items, and communicate findings to management for timely resolution. The role also provides backup support for Treasury functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field and 1–3 years of accounting or treasury experience; familiarity with Yardi or real estate accounting is a plus, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting, finance, treasury or related experience.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and ledger accounts.
• Experience with Yardi property management software preferred but not required.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify reconciling items and communicate findings to respective departments.
• Prepare journal entries to eliminate bank reconciliation items.
• Monitor payment dashboard and notify management of exceptions.
• Assist with annual, interim, and roll-forward audit requests.
• Provide backup support for other Treasury staff.
• Review bank activity downloads for NSF checks and returned items with Las Vegas Operations.
• Conduct Bank vs. GL analysis and report variances by deadline.
• Map newly acquired properties to appropriate bank accounts.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects.
