Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business / finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft suite and Excel: vlookup, if function, pivot table etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Reliable, dedicated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices & payment transactions (check run & wires/ACH) – with focus on compliance, accuracy, efficiency & timeliness.
• Liaison with department heads for approvals, purchasing team and receiving team.
• Manage vendor relationship by monitoring timely payments & resolving open issues.
• Assist in month-end close activities, account reconciliation and analysis, journal entries, audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and enhance efficiency.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
