Goldens’ Foundry & Machine Company is seeking a reliable Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Columbus, GA. The role focuses on vendor invoice processing, coding, and timely payments while supporting general accounting and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with ability to resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Pre-employment drug screening is required and safety PPE is required on site.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, enter, and process vendor invoices for payment in accordance with established company procedures and payment terms.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receiving docs, and approvals as applicable.
• Identify and resolve pricing, quantity, and discrepancy issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with establishing new vendors and documentation.
• Prepare accounts payable payments according to schedules and approvals.
