Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience, including hands-on responsibility for a full monthly close cycle.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency global payroll environments.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini or similar) in daily workflow.
• Excellent communication to non-finance audiences across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances; flag unusual movements.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and payment runs.
• Post routine journal entries, accruals, and corrections.
• Manage finance inbox and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain AR/AP aging reports and follow up on items.
• Reconcile payroll with QuickBooks and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare month-end close checklist and variance analysis.
• Support annual budget, audits, and tax filings.
