Job summary

National Ramp, located in Valley Cottage, NY, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with FP&A, month-end close, cost accounting, and reporting, collaborating with finance leadership and operations.

The role involves ensuring strong financial controls, accurate records, and cross-functional teamwork. On-site position with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reconciliation and expense reporting tools.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and cost analysis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role works closely with finance leadership and operational teams to support informed business decisions, maintain strong financial controls, and contribute to the company's continued growth in a manufacturing environment

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually
