Position Summary
We are looking for a Staff Accountant. This individual will assist with recording transactions into our General Ledger, manage our accounts payable system, and track fixed assets. Prior bookkeeping experience is required for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Record data into our general ledger
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as an Accountant
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
