Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly and year-end close activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and proper coding for invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing.
• Work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager to support accounting operations, special projects, and process improvements.
