Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting.
• Experience with sales and use tax filings and payroll taxes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and clear prior-day transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable and Billing teams.
• Process and remit payroll withholding taxes across multiple states.
• Prepare and submit sales and use tax filings.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete reporting and WIP schedules.
• Run project, job cost, and aging reports.
• Update reporting templates and distribute information to project managers.
• Support monthly reconciliations and financial analysis related to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
