Job summary

Integrity Care Group in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support accounts payable, payroll processing across Xpress Wellness locations, GL accounting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The role collaborates with the Accounting Manager and clinic staff to ensure timely, accurate reporting and budgeting/forecasting, with opportunities to develop systems and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in company accounting or public accounting.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Internet, Email and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing and oversight.
• General Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage bank reconciliations with precision.
• Resolve billing holds, refunds and corrections across sites.
• Assist in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting controls.
• Support budgets and forecasting with accounting leadership.
• Analyze financial records for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Contribute to financial reporting and fiscal strategies.
• Develop systems for maintaining financial records using current tech.
• Assist with year-end filings and Form 1099s as needed.
• Create department forms and manuals; perform other duties as assigned.

Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for areas such as accounts payable, processing payroll for all Xpress Wellness locations, GL accounting, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and/or budgeting/forcasting. Working with the Accounting Manager, accounting, and leadership teams at the corporate office along with clinic personnel to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable
• General Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage bank reconciliations accurately
• Resolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections, originating at the multiple sites
• Responsible for General Ledger and maintaining efficiently and accurately
• Assist in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting controls. Assist with the budgets.
• Work with the Accounting Manager on forecasting and financial reporting accurately and timely.
• Analyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to generally accepted accounting principles
• Works with the Accounting Manager on appropriate fiscal strategies for the organization.
• Develops systems for the maintenance of financial records, making use of current technologies.
• Assist Accounting Manager with business personal property renditions, Form 1099s, and other annual filings as needed
• Participates in creating forms and manuals for the department. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance

Experience:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in company accounting and/or public accounting.
