Integritycaregroup is seeking an accounting professional to manage accounts payable, payroll for Xpress Wellness locations, GL accounting, and bank reconciliations. You will work with the Accounting Manager and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role supports budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, and processes improvements across clinics and corporate offices. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accounts payable.
  • General Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage bank reconciliations accurately.
  • Resolve and approve billing holds, financial refunds and corrections at multiple sites.
  • Assist with budgets and forecasting with Accounting Manager.
  • Prepare financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Assist with Form 1099s and year-end filings as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial record-keeping systems.

Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for areas such as accounts payable, processing payroll for all Xpress Wellness locations, GL accounting, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and/or budgeting/forcasting. Working with the Accounting Manager, accounting, and leadership teams at the corporate office along with clinic personnel to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for accounts payable
  • General Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage bank reconciliations accurately
  • Resolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections, originating at the multiple sites
  • Responsible for General Ledger and maintaining efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting controls. Assist with the budgets.
  • Work with the Accounting Manager on forecasting and financial reporting accurately and timely.
  • Analyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to generally accepted accounting principles
  • Works with the Accounting Manager on appropriate fiscal strategies for the organization.
  • Develops systems for the maintenance of financial records, making use of current technologies.
  • Assist Accounting Manager with business personal property renditions, Form 1099s, and other annual filings as needed
  • Participates in creating forms and manuals for the department. Other duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned, this is a safety-sensitive position.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
Experience:
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in company accounting and/or public accounting.
Skills:
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Proficient utilizing Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office (excel and accountingsoftware programs)
  • Possess analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
  • May be exposed to/occasionally exposed to patient elements
  • Subject to varying and unpredictable situations and interruptions.
  • Occasionally subjected to irregular hours.
  • Occasional pressure due to a fast-paced environment.
  • Position may require lifting, carrying or pushing equipment or patients.
