Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis.
• Process accounts payable and support accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and company accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial reporting and operational processes.
