JOB SCOPE: Supports various functions within the Finance Department including accounts payable, claim preparation, and the month-end closing process for PGCMH’s various entities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Accounts payable for various entities
• Assist with claims preparation for OMH, DMH, DHS
• Prepare journal entries
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with tax credit compliance reporting
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to investors
• Prepare monthly rent roll
• Assist with HUD recertifications
• Assist with audit preparation
• Additional accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Capable of learning and assisting in various aspects of financial operations
• Conscientious and accurate when dealing with numbers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Good Microsoft Office skills required
• Experience with MIP, Real Page accounting, NetSuite, and Paycom is a plus
